Our family business story began with our late grandfather, Mr. Cherukupally Balingaiah, who started a small food trading company in the 1960s and successfully ran it for 15 years. In 1981, when cement trading was deregulated, he was inspired by a paper announcement from Sri B.V. Raju, Chairman of Raasi Cement Ltd, seeking potential dealers. Seizing this opportunity, he invested his savings and partnered with Raasi Cement to establish the first authorized cement dealership in the district.

The business steadily grew, earning accolades from cement manufacturers and gaining the loyalty of customers in the region. This success paved the way for expansion, introducing products like TOR Steel and services for cement manufacturers as Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agents. In the early 90’s The next generation of the family took over the business & handled the business with similar gut & efficiency.
